About the Project
Our contributions
RiverRock Engineering provided full site-civil design services for project, including grading and drainages layouts to support the expanded footprint. We also led the stormwater management design and successfully navigated the land disturbance permitting process with Greenville County, ensuring full compliance with local regulations while maintaining an efficient project timeline. Our team’s proactive coordination helped streamline approvals and minimize site impacts, delivering a solution tailored to PepsiCo’s operational needs.
What the process looked like
From concept to approval, RiverRock Engineering guided the civil design and permitting process for the PepsiCo Greenville Office Addition. We began with a detailed site analysis to understand existing conditions and constraints, then developed grading, drainage, and utility plans that integrated smoothly with the existing facility. Early coordination with the project team and Greenville County allowed us to anticipate regulatory requirements and avoid delays. We prepared and submitted comprehensive stormwater and land disturbance permit packages, addressing both water quality and runoff control, and worked closely with County reviewers to keep the process efficient and on track. The result was a clean, functional site design delivered with minimal friction and full regulatory compliance.
