The process began with a detailed site analysis to understand the property’s topography, drainage patterns, and access points. From there, RiverRock Engineering developed a complete site-civil design, including RV parking layouts, internal circulation routes, and utility placements tailored to the site's unique conditions. We then navigated the permitting process with Oconee County, preparing and submitting stormwater management plans, land disturbance applications, and utility service requests.
